Happy Easter!

Every year we go to Grandma Jenson's for our Easter party.  It is so much fun and I am so glad she had the party the week before Easter because we had a very busy Easter weekend.  I cannot believe my grandma is still throwing these big parties.  She works so hard and I am so grateful she gets the entire family together so we can see each other and keep in touch.

The Easter Egg Hunt is always a big hit.  My grandma fills the easter eggs with money and the kids just love it!  This has been a tradition since I was a little girl, so it is neat that my kids get to have the same tradition I had with their Great Grandma.  All the great-grandkids pile up at the bottom of the stairs with their Easter baskets and when Grandma opens the door, the stampede breaks loose!  I didn't even have to show Zak what to do.  He found an Easter Egg, picked it up, and put it in his basket!  What a smartie!

The best part is counting all the money!  The kids always think they are so rich after!

These are all the grandkids in just our family.  This is the first time in years that all of my mom's grandchildren have been all together, so we got a picture!
Easter weekend was complete chaos!  Our house was still on the market and we had people coming two to three times a day!  I was showing the house constantly and we received an offer that Easter weekend and we were responding to the offer and very stressed, so I am sad to say that we didn't do much.  On Sunday the kids did find their Easter baskets and dyed Easter eggs.  The kids have been troopers and have been so understanding.  They were so happy and so grateful for the little things.  I am so proud of them because they never expect a lot of presents, but would rather just have fun as a family.  These kids are the best!
