Mountain biking in St. George

Saturday morning Derek and I went on a mountain bike ride. I wish I would have taken pictures of some of the hills we had to ride down. Some of them were really scary. One was so steep, with so many jagged rocks, that I knew if I tried it, I would probably crash so I walked my bike. I think I had better get a bike with shocks if I am really going to get into this because it was one bumpy ride! We had such a blast together and I love doing stuff like this because it gives me such a rush and it is so fun to do it with Derek.

So, this hill doesn't look that bad, but the hard part was the sand. It was really hard to even pedal down hill because the sand was so deep. On our way back, Derek somehow did it. It was pretty impressive! I couldn't even get down the hill and he managed to get through the deep sand and get up the hill. What a man!
