I LOVE summer! We have had so much fun having picnics, sitting outside on our swing every morning reading books, making ice cream, running through sprinklers, and just running outside as much as possible!
On the really hot days, we stay inside and get really messy:)
Moon Sand, at first I was disappointed, but I really like this stuff!
Pudding finger painting.. a HUGE hit!
We practiced writing words in it.
And of course we got to lick it off our fingers! Mmm!
When inside, this is where Bria is all day. She can color and color and never get sick of it! I love her artwork. I am a very proud mommy!
Erik LOVES his paints. He is very good at making a BIG mess!
Cute, little Zak just cheers us on! He loves watching the kids and smiles every time they get close to him!
Sliding down the slide into the sprinklers is for sure a way to get laughs and giggles!

Bria is very much into bugs and loves collecting roley poleys. She is in this tree almost the entire time she is outside, so she puts her bugs up there with her in buckets.
Erik also loves collecting bugs.
I wish summer was longer. We are having way too much fun for it to be half over! I don't want summer to end because then Bria will be starting school and I know when that happens, time will really fly and she will not be my little girl anymore. I wish I could just keep my kids this age forever. I love how innocent they are and how they forgive so easily. I love how they get excited over everything and just appreciate so much. I love cuddling with them and reading to them. I guess we will just have to make sure we have even more fun together these next few weeks.
